KIMO COT 212-R CO₂ and Temperature Sensor / Transmitter

The KIMO COT 212-R is a fixed sensor/transmitter designed for simultaneous measurement and continuous monitoring of carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration and temperature in HVAC systems, ventilation installations, public buildings, and building automation applications.

The instrument measures CO₂ from 0 to 5,000 ppm and temperature from 0 to +50 °C, making it suitable for indoor air quality monitoring and ventilation control based on actual room conditions.

The KIMO COT 212-R is available with or without a 2-line, 19-digit LCD display, allowing users to choose between a version with local visualization and a transmitter-focused version intended primarily for signal transmission to an external system.

For integration into BMS, PLC controllers, and other automation systems, the instrument provides analogue outputs of 0–5/10 V or 0/4–20 mA.

The model also features two relay outputs, which can be used to control fans, dampers, alarms, or other external equipment when configured CO₂ or temperature thresholds are reached.

Installation is quick and easy thanks to the ¼-turn mounting system with wall-mount plate, which simplifies both initial installation and subsequent maintenance.

The KIMO COT 212-R is suitable for CO₂ monitoring, indoor air quality control, demand-controlled ventilation, temperature monitoring, HVAC automation, and BMS integration.

The instrument is supplied with an adjustment certificate, confirming that its measurement performance has been checked and adjusted.
