The Senseca ECO 121-3 is a professional portable thermometer with an alarm function, designed for precise temperature measurement in liquids, gases, food products, soft plastics, and bulk materials. The instrument features a permanently connected Pt1000 immersion probe, allowing immediate measurements without the need to connect an additional sensor.

The thermometer provides a measuring range of -70.0…+250.0 °C. Within the temperature range of -20…+100 °C, the instrument offers an accuracy of ±0.1 K ±1 digit, supporting reliable temperature monitoring in various industrial, laboratory, and food processing applications.

The integrated Pt1000 immersion probe is manufactured from V4A stainless steel and has a length of 100 mm and a diameter of Ø3 mm. The probe is permanently connected to the instrument through a 1 m cable. With a fast response time of t90 < 3 s in water at a flow velocity of 0.4 m/s, it is suitable for applications requiring rapid detection of temperature changes.

The Senseca ECO 121-3 features a 3-line segment LCD with white backlighting, displaying the current measured value, additional symbols, and battery status. The backlight duration can be adjusted according to operating conditions.

The integrated MIN/MAX functions allow users to record the minimum and maximum measured temperatures, while the HOLD function freezes the current reading on the display.

The instrument includes an optical and acoustic alarm function, allowing users to configure upper and lower temperature limits. When the configured alarm conditions are met, visual indications, an audible signal, and flashing display backlighting are activated. Different alarm modes are available through the configuration menu.

To adapt the instrument to specific measurement conditions, the ECO 121-3 provides zero-point and slope correction settings. When the factory settings have been modified, the instrument displays a corresponding indication during startup.

The housing is manufactured from impact-resistant ABS plastic and provides IP65/IP67 protection, making the thermometer suitable for use in wet, dusty, and other demanding working environments. Its compact construction facilitates everyday field operation.

The instrument is powered by 2 × AA batteries, providing more than 5,000 hours of operation without backlighting. Configurable automatic power-off and a 4-stage battery status indicator help users manage power consumption efficiently.
